Vintage Roller Skate Sapphire + Diamond Charm Necklace

For all my skaters out there! When I found this mid-century sterling silver roller skate charm, I knew I had to add some color. I love the tiny sculptural details of the skate, especially the wheels, which still have a little movement and make the piece feel extra playful. It is likely this charm is form the 1960's.

As part of my Reborn Vintage Collection, I added a mix of responsibly sourced gemstones directly into the original charm. The blue and yellow stones are sapphires, the teal stone is a diamond, and I set two tiny orange diamonds into the wheels, all with engraved star settings
