How to Purchase My Jewelry

I am a small, woman-owned business based in Rhode Island. Every piece of jewelry I create is handmade in small batches, and when I release a collection, I list everything available for purchase here on my website.

If you don’t see what you’re looking for, it has likely sold out, but I’m always working on new designs! Stay updated on upcoming releases by following me on Instagram: @corkieboltonjewelry.

Order Cancellations

Once I have shipped your order or initiated the production of a made-to-order item, cancellations are not possible. Please review all product details before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at corkie@corkieboltonjewelry.com before placing your order.

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry

I occasionally take on custom jewelry requests, such as modifications to existing designs or one-of-a-kind commissions. If you’re interested in a custom piece, please email me at corkie@corkieboltonjewelry.com with details about what you’re looking for.

Custom work is subject to availability, production time, and material sourcing, so inquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Made-to-Order Jewelry follows the same policies as Custom Work. These pieces are handcrafted specifically for you and require additional production time. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Production Time & Shipping

Because my jewelry is crafted in a small studio environment, production and shipping times can vary:

  • Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Ship within 7 days of payment.
  • Made-to-Order Pieces: Can take up to 5 weeks for fabrication and shipment from the date of payment.
  • Custom Orders: Can take up to 4 months, depending on the design, materials, and sourcing requirements.

Please check the product description to see if your item is ready to ship or made to order before purchasing!

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Shipping Issues
Once your package is shipped, I am not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen items. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact USPS or your chosen shipping carrier directly.

Want extra security? If you’d like to add Signature Confirmation to ensure secure delivery, please leave a note at checkout—I’ll include it at no extra charge.

Return Policies

Jewelry

Due to the nature of my handmade work, all jewelry sales are final. By placing an order, you agree to the item's description and photos. However, if you’re truly unhappy with your piece, please reach out—I always want my customers to be happy!

In rare cases where a return is accepted, the buyer covers return shipping, and a restocking fee of 5% may apply.

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry

Custom and Made-to-Order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, I work closely with clients during the design process to ensure satisfaction before production begins.

Custom Apparel & Goods

Items like t-shirts, beanies, and other merch are made on demand when you place an order, which means:

  • No exchanges or returns (I don’t keep inventory).
  • It takes a bit longer to deliver since it's made just for you.
  • This process helps reduce waste and overproduction, so thank you for understanding!

I do not sell or share any personal data with any outside agency or organization, except as necessary to complete your business transactions (such as credit card processing or shipping address).

Any account information, including your email address, name, and shipping address, is collected solely to enhance your shopping and ordering experience. If you would like your information removed from my system, please contact me, and I will process your request.
