Vintage Good Luck Charm Dangle Hoops

Unit price perI found these vintage horse and horseshoe charms together on an old charm bracelet, and I loved the idea of keeping them together as a mismatched pair. One is a tiny horse head, while the other is a horseshoe topped with a four-leaf clover, both classic symbols of luck.
The charms are made from 800 silver, a silver standard commonly found in vintage European jewelry. Based on their construction and where they came from, they are likely mid-century pieces. I paired them with simple sterling silver hinged hoops, turning two little pieces of an old charm bracelet into an easy-to-wear pair of earrings.
I especially love that they coordinate without matching exactly. They have the same equestrian theme and vintage feel, but each earring has its own little personality.
